This is our vision for service. Who is behind Facility Management Essentials? Bruce Chaplin passionately believes in the virtues of good facility management as a key to supporting business growth. He has been in the industry for 25 years and has recently established FM Essentials with Derek Hendry to further his vision of providing a more personal facility management consulting service to his clients. Derek established Hendry Group in the early 1980's and has since added Essential Property Services to the group. In extending to facility management, the partnership aims to provide a unique service within the industry. About Bruce Chaplin Bruce has a comprehensive knowledge of the facility management industry through his work at Telstra and ICI (Orica). With this knowledge and experience, he moved into consulting and is able to quickly customise services to assist his clients to better manage their facilities in line with their overall business strategy.
