This includes premium commercial tenancies, and the development and implementation of new models to support and enhance Activity Based Working/Agile/Real Time Working environments in numerous headquarters. He is now a highly regarded expert in FM and "Workplaces of the Future".
Bruce has been in the industry for >30 years and has a comprehensive knowledge of facility management through his work at Telstra, where he was Building Services Manager for the organisation’s computer centres, ICI (Orica) where he lead the FM Team, and Burns Bridge where he managed large-scale capital projects. He established FM Essentials in 2003 and has provided an advisory role for a number of major PPP bid submissions, worked with all levels of government, and provided consulting services to a wide range of sectors. He is now a recognised authority and market leader in facility management, and an expert in the development and implementation of asset and maintenance management software.
Nick is a qualified mechanical engineer with 20 years' experience in the development and implementation of complex software solutions for facilities management, capital projects, and PPP’s. Experienced in international sales, support, and operations, he is a team leader with a proven history. Skilled in contract management, bid and tender preparation, and strategic planning, Nick has a focus and strong background on SaaS sales. He brings a working knowledge of many different cloud-based asset lifecycle abatement software (CAFM, CMMS, IWMS), mobile app solutions, IoT, BIM for FM, collaboration, document management, defect management, and contractor/work-order KPI management.
